Adult and minor informed consent

INFORMED CONSENT

The minor’s father/mother/guardian authorizes their participation in Boulder Indoor activities and affirms to know the conditions and requirements to develop them. He acknowledges that the practice of sports in the hall involves foreseeable risks and that the idea of risk of serious accidents is implicit in rope climbing and bouldering. The signatory agrees to report any physical or mental problem that may affect her safety and to withdraw if the activity exceeds her personal limits. He admits and declares in full legal validity that he will carry out activities for which he is qualified and that he will use his own and adequate personal protection equipment. He agrees to follow all the rules and conditions provided in the room and on the web, as well as the instructions of the staff and monitors. He also agrees to pay the corresponding fees and acknowledges the inherent risk of accessing the facilities in the current situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, despite following all legal health protocols.

By enrolling in this activity, you will be part of the database owned by ROCOLLEIDA SLU. As such, by signing below, you are accepting that, in accordance with the Data Protection regulations, you authorize the information you provide us to be included in a file owned by ROCOLLEIDA SLU. We will use this information to send you specific information about this activity, as well as other services, promotions and activities related to it. In addition, if photographs are taken during the activity, you authorize ROCOLLEIDA SLU to use them in its media. We will not share your information with third parties, except as required by law.     Schedule:
    Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
    Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    Holidays closed.

    Hours August.
    Monday to Friday: From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
    Saturdays: From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
    Sundays and holidays: CLOSED
