The Lizcore service provider is Lizard Climbing Technologies, S.L.

Lizcore will have the legal status applicable to each specific processing operation and, where it processes personal data on behalf of ROCOLLEIDA, it will act as a data processor in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

The legal basis for processing will mainly be the performance of the contracted service and, for certain optional features, consent or legitimate interest where legally applicable.


7. COURSES, CLASSES, TRAINING SESSIONS AND ACTIVITIES

ROCOLLEIDA processes the personal data required to manage:

Boulder Indoor facilities have or may have video surveillance systems for the purpose of:

Access to recordings will be restricted to authorised personnel.

As a general rule, recordings will be retained for a maximum period of one month, without prejudice to longer retention where necessary to establish evidence of an incident, offence, infringement or claim.

In such cases, recordings may be blocked or made available to law enforcement authorities, courts, tribunals or other competent authorities.


16. JOB APPLICATIONS AND CVs

Where a person voluntarily submits a CV or participates in a Boulder Indoor recruitment process, their information will be processed to:

  • Newsletter: until the person withdraws consent or unsubscribes.
  • Enquiries: for the period necessary to answer them and manage possible liabilities.
  • CVs retained for future recruitment: generally for up to 12 months.
  • Video surveillance: generally for no more than one month.
  • Accidents, incidents and claims: for the period necessary to manage the event and for any periods during which liability or claims may arise.
  • Documents and acceptances relating to safety: for the period necessary to demonstrate compliance with the centre’s obligations and safety protocols and while liability may arise.

Where a claim, investigation, court case or administrative proceeding exists, related information may be retained until the proceedings have been finally resolved.


23. REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE CERTAIN DATA

Where certain personal data is necessary to contract a service, participate in an activity, manage a booking, create a membership or comply with safety requirements, failure to provide that data may prevent the service from being provided.

Forms will indicate, where appropriate, which information is mandatory.

ROCOLLEIDA will not require information that is unnecessary for the relevant purpose.


24. ACCURACY OF PERSONAL DATA

Users are responsible for ensuring that information provided to ROCOLLEIDA is accurate and up to date.

Where information changes in a way that may affect provision of the services, the data subject must inform ROCOLLEIDA.

For minors, this responsibility will fall, where applicable, upon their parents, guardians or legal representatives.


25. INFORMATION SECURITY

ROCOLLEIDA applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the level of risk in order to protect personal data against:

  • Loss.
  • Alteration.
  • Unauthorised access.
  • Unauthorised disclosure.
  • Unlawful processing.

Depending on the circumstances, these measures include:

26. PERSONAL DATA BREACHES

Where a personal data breach occurs, ROCOLLEIDA will analyse the incident and implement the necessary measures to limit its consequences.

Where required under the GDPR, the breach will be reported to the supervisory authority within the applicable statutory period.

Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of affected individuals, those individuals will also be informed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.


27. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Any person may exercise the rights recognised under applicable data-protection legislation:

  • Access: obtain information about personal data processed by ROCOLLEIDA.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of personal data where legally applicable.
  • Objection: object to certain processing.
  • Restriction: request temporary restriction of processing.
  • Data portability: receive certain data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller where legally applicable.
  • Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent previously provided at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
  • Not to be subject to certain decisions based solely on automated processing, where applicable.

29. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING

As a general rule, ROCOLLEIDA does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning an individual or similarly significantly affect them.

Statistical, sports-related, ranking, challenge, gamification or analytical functionality provided by platforms such as Lizcore will not be used to make legal or similarly significant decisions concerning users without the safeguards required under the GDPR.

If such an automated decision-making system is implemented in the future, affected individuals will be informed beforehand.


30. CONFIDENTIALITY

ROCOLLEIDA staff and any other authorised person with access to personal data are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Personal data may not be used for purposes other than those authorised or disclosed to third parties without a lawful basis.

This duty of confidentiality will continue even after the relevant employment, professional or contractual relationship has ended.
